Chef Poire

Ever since he was a seed, Chef Poire has wanted to bake. Raised in Paris, by a partridge in a pear tree, he left home to study in the world-renowned cooking school, The Sorbun. After years of training and doing what he kneaded to do, Chef Poire's dream has risen along with his signature baguettes. You can find him selling his tasty wares at La Boulangeroodle, located on the second platform of the Eiffel Tower. Together with his best friend, a morphapoodle named Streudel, Chef Poire offers palate-tingling croissants, chocolate cream puffs, crepes suzette, madeleines, lady fingers, and his specialty, carmelized pears in puff pastry. The motto for this establishment extraordinaire, as stated by Chef Poire in a recent interview with Bon Appetit is: Let them eat cake (or cupcakes). Mais oui!
