Everything on a Waffle is a book that shows the magic of miracles, true love, and a plate of waffles.  This story is about a girl named Primrose who lives in Coal Harbour, a small town in Canada.  Two years ago her parents disappeared at sea and are supposedly dead, but Primrose stubbornly refuses to believe that her parents drowned.  When her parents were lost, she was sent to live with her Uncle Jack. When she's not sitting on the dock waiting for her parents to return, she helps kindly Miss. Bowzer in the kitchen of her restaurant, The Girl in the Red Swing.  What does this have to do with waffles, you ask?  Every item on the menu is served on top of a waffle- eggs on a waffle, salad on a waffle, even swordfish on a waffle.  Miss. Bowzer believes that this added touch gives the restaurant class and gives the customer a little something extra.  Chef Poire enjoys Primrose's sweet and savory adventures, and he can't wait to try out the included recipes.  Pear soup!
